A charge of $3.00 a day for adults and $2.00 a day for children under 15 years of age may be made, and in respect of those who have no funds immediately avail able the Refugee Committee guarantees payment on that basis.

Offers should be made by letter to the Chairman, Shanghai Refu- gees Committee, and arrangements will be made to interview the prospective paying guests.
