Ten Powers Now Agree To Participate

It is learned that Britain and France have de- cided jointly to invite ten other Powers to partici- pate in the Mediterranean Conference on "piracy.

The Powers are Italy, Russia, Germany, Yugo- Slavia, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Albania, Rumania and Bulgaria.

It is hoped to hold the Conference at a place near Geneva on September 10. It will be entirely independent of the League of Nations.
