Notice is hereby given that an Interim Dividend of $2.00 per Share has been declared, for the half year ended 30th June 1937, payable on Thursday, 5th August, 1937, on which date Dividend Warrants may be obtained on ap- plication at the Office of the Company, Kowloon.

The Register of Shares of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 28th July to Thurs- day, 5th August, 1937 both days inclusive.
