K.C.C. WEAKNESS OVERHEAD
South China Cause An Upset
“B” DIV. LEAGUE
TENNIS TIE
The Kowloon Cricket Club, unex- pectedly beaten last week by Crai- gengower, cut a sorry picture yes- terday at King's Park when they bowed to South China by 6. sets to 3 after being 30 and 4-2 down at the end of the first and second rounds, respectively.
The fine lobbing of the Chinese forced the visitors into numerous errors, and it was their uncertain- ty overhead that cost them the match against a weaker all-round team.
K.C.C., at one time favoured for the title, can now be considered to be out of the running for the cham- pionship, but they may be able to check either Chinese R. C. or Re creio in their remaining matches.:
