IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Interim Dividend of £2.10/- per share, subject to de- duction of Income Tax, has been declared for the HALF YEAR ending 30th June 1937 at rate of 1/2.5/8 per Dollar.

THE DIVIDEND will be pay- able on and after 9th August 1937 at the offices of the Corpora- tion, where Shareholders are re- quested to apply for Warrants.

THE REGISTER OF SHARES of the Corporation will be closed from 26th JULY to 7th AUGUST (both days inclusive) during which period no

transfer
