CRAIGENGOWER C.C. UPSET CRITICS

(By “ADREM”)
At the Kowloon Cricket Club yesterday after- noon, the much-boosted K.C.C. “B” team were well and truly trounced by Craigengower Cricket Club, who won the "B" Division League encounter by 611⁄2 sets to 212. The most surprising feature of the game, was the complete eclipse of the much-fancied Grose-Anderson combination, which failed to win a single set.
THE WINNERS WERE GOOD VALUE FOR THEIR POINTS.
J.-W. Leonard, above, played a fine game for Craigengower against K.C.C. in the "B" Division of the Lawn Tennis League yes- terday.

The Chinese secured a lead on the first round by 2 sets to 1, but their Portuguese opponents levelled matters in the second, but fell away badly in the last round when they conceded 21⁄2 sets.
