Britain Said Less Rigid On Belligerency Issue

A plenary meeting of the non- intervention committee is being held on Friday, announced the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, in the House of Commons yesterday.

In reply to a suggestion that this delay was serious, Mr. Eden said the Government had made their position quite plain.
