DE VALERA'S UNEXPECTED PEACE OFFER TO BRITAIN. ULSTER CONDITION

“Britain can have peace with Ireland at any moment that London is prepared to cease attempt- ing to dominate Ireland.”

So declared the President of the Free State, Mr. Eamonn de Valera, at an election meeting yes- terday.
