FRENCH POPULAR FRONT GOVERNMENT AGAIN UNDER A NEW BANNER

PARIS, TO-DAY.

M. CAMILLE CHAUTEMPS, DESIGNATED BY PRESIDENT LEBRUN AS SUCCESSOR OF M. LEON BLUM FOLLOWING THE LATTER'S DEFEAT IN THE SENATE OVER THE PLENARY POWERS BILL, HAS SUCCEEDED IN FORMING A CABINET.
