(SPECIAL TO “CHINA MAIL”)
London, To-day.
That the latest "purge" of the Red Army in Russia has by no means concluded, is the belief of the majority of London newspapers.

THE CORRESPONDENT AGAIN RAISES THE RUMOURS OF FRICTION BETWEEN STALIN AND THE COMMISSAR FOR DEFENCE, MARSHAL VOROSHILOV, AND THE HEAD OF THE G.P.U., M.YESHOFF.
The G.P.U, the message states, has acquired a degree of power never before known in its history as a result of the recent "purges," and this, it is alleged, is worrying Stalin.
The central figure of the rumours, however, is Marshal Blucher, whom several correspondents declare was recalled from the Far East in or- der to answer a charge of organis- ing an independent army of 300,000 the men, in Eastern Siberia with aim of making himself Dictator of that region.
Marshal Blucher, it is stat- ed, assured Stalin of his loyal- ty and referred to the possibi- lity of a Japanese attack. Various London newspapers pub- lish a report appearing in the Mog- cow press that over 100 officials.
