P.M. for the purpose of receiving a Statement of Accounts and the re- port of the Directors for the year ended December 31st 1936; elect- ing Directora and Auditors.

The TRANSFER BOOKS of the Company will be CLOSED from MONDAY, 19th APRIL, 1937, until WEDNESDAY, 28th APRIL, 1937, both days inclusive.
