The judicial committee of the Privy Council was yesterday attacked in the House of Commons by Mr. R. B. Bennett, former Canadian Premier, and Mr. Cahan, former Secretary of State, in con- nection with recent judgments of the Privy Council invalidating three Canadian social legislation sta- tutes.

Later an attempt will have to be made to arrive at the exact method and figures on which any interna- tional agreement might be based.
The delegates who have hitherto spoken unanimously hoped that an agreement would be reached. Reuter.
