We have pleasure in announcing that the judges of the make-up com- petition have selected the four pictures which in their opinion fulfilled most completely the conditions of the competition. That is to say, the pictures which have been chosen by them show the most striking improve- ment in the photography after the Max Factor make-up had been applied. The winning pictures are:-
