Berlin, To-day. London headquarters of the Boy Scouts' Association has declined to invite the German Hitler Youth delegation organisation to send a to the forthcoming Jamboree which is being held in the Netherlands.

Vice Admiral Rambonnet, the Netherlands organising director of the Jamboree appointed by Lord Baden-Powell, has resigned his post, apparently in connexion with

the refusal.

An announcement by the Hitler Youth organisation yesterday ‘says. that "considerable ill-feeling has been aroused by the fact that London headquarters have sent in- vitations to the German confession
