ANTONIO BEATS A. A. LEWIS
A LUCKY DOUBLE
An exciting billiards final was witnessed last night between A A. Lewis and L. A. Antonio, at the Civil Service Cricket Club, when the latter won by 7 points in a game of 500 up to win the Junior Open Billiards Champion ship.
The winner led throughout the game, and at the 400 mark was 120 ahead of Lewis, but the latter con- siderably reduced his arrears and was only one point behind at 425. A break of 30, aided by a 13 and two 11's brought Antonio to within 5 points of winning, but Lewis, with breaks of 30 and 15, took his sore to 493.
EXCITING FINISH
The finish was most exciting. Antonio, with only two points for a win, missed an-off red, but man- aged to "double it" for 3, the ball remaining at the jaw for a split second, before dropping into the pocket to give him the champion strip.

With the exception of a few players, Scotland's team is com- prised mostly of players from the Seaforth Highlanders. Howlett, an Interport trial custodian, will keep goal while Henderson, a veteran hand, with the Y.M.C.A. team, and S. MacNider, of the at Bridges Street, the Chinese C.B.A., will form the full-back division. These two should combine well as the former is very steady and is a powerful hitter.

The draw for the first round in the International Hockey Tourna ment has resulted as follows:
Ireland. v. Wales (HKSRA ground), to be played on Tuesday, March 9, at 5 pm.
England v. Scotland (U.S.R.C ground), to be played on Tuesday, March 9, at 5 p.m.
Portugal and India drew byes, and China has withdrawn from the competition owing to the difficulty of raising a team.
