Miss Anna L. Huang, the first Chinese girl in the diplomatic service abroad, has begun work at the Chinese Embassy in-Lon- don as third secretary.
For the past two years she has been secretary to the Vice- Minister for Foreign Affairs at Nanking-Reuter.
