The latest encounter of this kind is reported from the town of Mis- kolo, where a crowd of Social-De- mocrats made an attempt to break up a Fascist meeting.

Police had to be called out to break up the serious riot that fol lowed.

Reference to this latest clash be tween the two groups was made by the leader of the Rumanian Fascist "Arrow Cross" movement in an ad- dress yesterday.

He said that no display of vio- lence would make them renounce their political objectives.
