Treaty Extended For Two Years
Warsaw, To-day. Negotiations for prolongation of“" the commercial agreement between Germany and Poland have been successfully concluded, and the treaty now extends to February- 1939.
The clauses of the new agree-- ment, which supplements and ex- tends the previous treaty, are based on the annual exchange of goods totalling 176,000,000 marks in value.
In view of the experience gain- ed during the period of the expir ing agreement, quotas for export have been adjusted to the actual market situation, while a reduction in customs duties is also believed to have been arranged. Trans-Ocean.

Canton Chamber Calls A Conference
The business tax dispute between the Kwangtung Government and merchants throughout the province has not yet been settled. It is learned that the Canton Chamber of Commerce is summoning representa- tives of all Chambers of Commerce in the province to a conference to- morrow to discuss further steps. Our Ou Correspondent.
