Singapore-Australia Correspondence will be accepted for transmission by these services. Rates and all particulars are shown in the schedules exhibited at the Post Offices All letters etc., must be marked "By Als Mail" and be handed in the Post Office.
The Money Ordar Office is open from 10 am to 4 pm except Saturdays when it closes at 12 noon and on Sundays and holidays when it is entirely closed..
Broadcast Receiving Licences Holders of licences are reminded that if it is desired to continue to retain possession of the apparatus after the date of expiration of the licence a renewal must be effected without delay.
As from 4th January, 1937, New Licences will be availabic at the Geverament Radio Ofice, G.F.O.. ordinary Building First Floor, on business days, and will be issued against the receipt of a remittance of $12.00, between the hours of 9 ! and 5 pm. except on Saturdays when licences will be issued between 9 a.m. and 1 11
Applications may be made:-
(a) personally.
(b) by messtugez.
(c) by post.
It is essential under (c) and pre- ferable under (a) and (b) that appli cations should be accompanied by crossed cheque payable to Hong Kong The new licence will Government. then be sent by post or messenger 25: soon as it is ready. Where actual cash is tendered a zew licence should' be received in exchange before leave: ing the Licensing Office.
In the case of renewal the old licence should be retained with the application.
