It is learned from a reliable source that Marshal Chang Hauch-bang will return to Sianfu shortly to resume his post in order to give him a further opportunity to prove his loyalty and sincerity. General Yang Hu-chuen will also be treated leniently. - Reuter.
Canton: It is officially reported that Mr. Chiang Tso-pin..
