On Wednesday, last Wah Yeej College held its first Distribution of Prizes.
The Headmaster, in his report, said,
To-day is the first prize day of this college..and it is indeed, af great pleasure to me to present to you this first annual report. First of all let me say a few words con-į. cerning the history of the found- ing of this college. It was in July 1935 that one of my class- mates and now one of the teachers: of this college, Mr. Wong Yiu Hing, raised the idea of running a school of this type, so with help of Fr. Ryan and Fr. Bourke, six of us who had just finished our

lege, made all preparations and started a new school in the Colony. calling it Wah Yee College.
