A thrilling hockey match was witnessed on the Club ground at King's Park yesterday, when the Army beat the Club by two clear goals to re- gister their first win in the Triangular Hockey Tournament, having previously drawn with the Navy last Monday, when they shared six goals. The match was fast and furions and both goals experienced some narrow escapes, the Army team, however, being full value for their win.

One of the outstanding features of the game was the splen- did Army defence, which undoubtedly played the biggest part in their success over, the Club. The wing-halves worked very hard, Alif Din being very conspicuous throughout with some magnificent spoiling and distribution.
