London, To-day. Reading secured the "double" Cover Bristol City yesterday as the result of their odd goal away win, while Swindon, beaten 21 at Bristol earlier in the season, avenged their de feat with a 4-1 home win over the Rovers.

In a friendly match at High bury, Arsenal, English FA Cup winners, beat Glasgow Rangers, Scottish Cup holders, by the odd goal in three.
