GRAPHIC picture of probably the biggest upset in the his
tory of heavyweight boxing was given members of the Press yesterday evening, when the film of the world heavyweight elimination bout between Max Schmeling, of Germany, former world champion, and Joe Louis, the Detroit "Brown Bomber" who was knocked out in the 12th of a scheduled 15-round contest at the Yankee Stadium on June 19, this year, was shown for the first time in the Colony.

London, August 25. Jack Petersen. who recently lost his Eritish and Empire heavyweight titles to Ben Foord, of South Africa, is considering an American offer to meet John Henry Lewis, world's light- heavyweight champion, ΣΕ 器 title bout at Madison Square Garden.
Petersen, it is understood, is seeking a guarantee of £1,000, with an option of 35 per cent. of the gate receipts.
