The complete reorganisation of the Kwang- tung Provincial Government was decided by the Kuling conference yesterday afternoon.

The new appointments are as follows:

Chairman of the Kwangtung Provincial Govern- ment, General Huang Mou-sung;

Commissioner of Finance, Mr. Soong Tse-liago; Commissioner of Reconstruction, Mr. Liu Wei-chi; Commissioner of Civil Affairs, General Huang

Ying-yu;

Commissioner of Education, Mr. Hsu Hsung-ching. Mayor Liu Chi-wen is relieved of his post and is replaced by Mr. Tseng Yang-pu, at present Vice-Minister of Railways, Mr. Liu will become a member of the Provincial Government with- Lout portfolio.

The present Chairman, Mr. Lam Wan-koy, is transferred to Nanking to become the chairman of the Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission. Other Provincial Commissioners are re- lieved of their duties.
