NEW POSTAL RATES
Attention is drawn to the ineress ed postal sates effective as from 1st June 1936. Unpaid or insufficiently prepaid correspondence is only de- liverable against payment of double! the deficiency.
No 15 cent stamps are at present on sale and 10 cent and 5 cent stamps should be used. 20 cent and 5 cent for the 25 stamps will be accepted cent rate as soon as the present stuck of 25 cent stampa is exhausted.

Mrs. Collins (left) to California. Johnson, confronted by the enraged Collins, said he had been engaged by the wife to drive her to the West Coast. The woman stayed, he returned. Collins is said by the police to have shot John- son, declaring the youth's story to be false.
