In the absence of the Foreign Secretary at Geneva the Prime Minister had a large number of questions relating to the Italo- in Abyssinian dispute to answer the House of Commons yesterday afternoon. Mr. Baldwin stated that when the Italia"Ambassador handed to the Foreign Office Tuesday a copy of the Italian de- cree annexing Abyssinia to Italy and confirming the title of Em- peror upon the King of Italy, he was informed that the document was accepted in all reserve and would be submitted to the Foreign Secretary on his return.
