WORLD Olympic officials to-day stated that
approximately 52 nations thus far are assur- ed of entering the 1936 Olympics here, and will send approximately 5,000 athletes. Entrants will include 21 major European countries, a list of countries headed by the United States from the western hemisphere, a strong team from Japan and other Oriental representatives, including a delegation from the Philippines.
