Return Of Deposit Demanded

"NO RECORD IN BANK”

The case in which the Na tional City Bank of New York and one of its employees. Lai Siu-chow, are sued for the re- turn of $1.000 alleged to have been deposited with them by Fung Kiu-hoi, was resumed before Mr. Justice J. J. Hayden: at the Summary Court this. morning.
