THE Hong Kong Ladies' Hockey Association's season is fast drawing to a close and the trials for the Senior and Junior Champions versus the Rest games are being held this week, the latter event taking place this afternoon on the Diocesan Girls' School ground.
A probable junior side has been selected and is conspicuous for the fact that none of the Central British Association Ladies are included, but they will probably appear in a later trial.
The "Senior Rest" team had not been selected last night for the trial which will take place next Thursday on the "Y". ground,

The "Y" Ladies' Seven-A-Side hockey team, above, won the Pearce Cup for the second year in succession when they defeated the CBA Ladies (holders of the Caer Clark Cup) in the Final last Sunday morning by a goal to nil Miss O. Dalziel, who scored for the winners, is at the extreme left in the front row, while Miss A. Fowler, who played a brilliant game, is on the ex- treme right of the back row. (King's Studio).
The Knill Seven-A-Side Hockey Cup, which was competed for for the first time this year, was won by the C.B.S. team, above. They best the CB.A. Ladies last Sunday morning by a goal to nik.. Miss A.
