TO-MORROW'S SHIELD FINALS THE Finals of the Senior and Junior Shields, between South China "A" and the Police, and the Royal Engineers, the holders, and the East Lancs. respectively, are the main attrac- tions in this week-end's soccer programme, although to-day's five First Division clashes should also provide some thrilling entertain- ment.

South China "A's" policy of dropping Wong Mei-shun from, their intermediate line and bringing in Lau Hing-choi is a big: mistake, and, with a bustling line of Police forwards up against them, the League champions will soon realise that a heavy man like Wong is invaluable against the Police.

Tam Kong-pak's return to their defence is opportune, while, South China are retaining their original forward-line, which cannot be bettered. despite their failure last week.
