CONSIDERATION OF OIL EMBARGO sident of the Tuskegee Institute.

Geneva, To-day.
At a meeting of the British and French dele- gations agreement was reached on the text of the French draft appeal to Italy and Abyssinia, urging them, in the interests of peace, to cease war and open negotiations, and asking Italy to reply within an unstated period. It is understood that two or three days would not be considered excessive.
The Committee of Thirteen agreed to the terms of this re- solution, after which it adjourned to March 10 to await the re plies. The sub-committees of experts in the meantime will meet to consider the means of applying the oil embargo if this is ulti- mately decided on. Reuter's Bulletin Service.
