Notification No. 170 in the Gazette of March 21, 1930, as fol- lows:-

1. The following proviso is add- ed the end of Regulation 4:-
Provided that if the article is any one of the goods mentioned in the first schedale hereto and is! exported to any of the countries! mentioned in the second schedule hereto ther the export declaration shall be furnished to the Super- intendent on or before the date of exportation.
