The members of the draft Con stitution Examination Committee of the Sixth Plenary Session mat at 9 am yesterday at the Cen tral Party Headquarters, when the Committee decided to appoint five members to conduct the pre- the of examination liminary draft. The results of the preli minary study will be submitted to the Committee for considera-

tion and deliberation. These five -members met at 2 pm yesterday

afternoon.

Presided over by Mr. Sam Fo, President of the Legislative Yuan, the meeting was attended. by Messrs. Changchi, Chu Chi- ching and other C. E C and

C. S. C members.

ROUTINE MATTERS

The presidium met at 4 pa yesterday, to discuss the routine! matters of the Session.

Yesterday being Sunday, the general meeting of the Session was suspended. The second re- gular meeting of the Session will be held at 9 am to-day- Cen- tral News Agency.

Construction Plans Approved
