at the Post Office.

It is hereby notified that from the First of September 1935 Night Letter Telegrams (NLT) expressed in Plain language may be exchanged between. Hong Kong and Great Britain at one- third of the Full Ordinary Rate with a minimun charge for 25 words.

on the mortaing after the date of despatch.
