Sandwich Fillings

Ham chopped and mixed with pickles, olives and moistened with salad dressing.

Ham moistened with tartar sauce.

Left-over meat, finely minced and combined with chopped pickle, celery and salad dressing.

Jellied Ham Loaf

2 cups finely cat cold ham.

tablespoons plain relatine-

eup cold waer.

cup boiling waer

1⁄4 cup vinegar-

2 hard cooked ex easpoon salt

1⁄2 cup chopped celery

1 pimiento

green pepper

1 tablespoon onion (if desired). Soak gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add vine gar and salt and cool until it thic-.. kens slightly.. Add ham, celery, slices of egg and strips of green pepper

and pimiento. Arrange pepper on the bottom and sides of the pan and pour in the ham mix- tore Press down firmly and chill Unmould on to platter and garnish with parsley.
