It is hereby notified that from the First day of September 1935 the charges for telegrams will be collect- ed at the rate of Dollar 4.68 to equal Gold Franc, 1.00.

It is hereby notified that from the First of September 1935 Night Letter Telegrams (NLT) expressed in Plain language may be exchanged between Hong Kong and Great Britain at one- third of the Full Ordinary Rate with a miniman charge for 25 words.
