INNERS of the Senior Division of the Football League in the 1927-28-29 seasons, the Chinese Athletic will be making a deter- mined effort this forthcoming season to regain their lost laurels, and, with the wealth of talent at their disposal, they have an excellent chance of doing so.

Many newcomers have been signed on, while several old-timers are making a reappearance in order to improve the Club's chances, among these being Chan, Sek-pui, who was several years ago one of the finest custodians in the Colony, and Suen Kam-sun, their former star inside- left and Shanghai Interporter.

Tso Kwai-shing, last year's outstanding Senior Division right- winger, and a former South China player, is reportedly playing for the Athletic, while Chen Chan-wo, "Darkie" Chen of Shanghai Interport fame, will again be available.

One of the newcomers to the team is Chan Hung-kwong, whose position is at right-half. He played for Shanghai in the Interport series during the 1934-35 season and was a Three Culture member.
