The scarf can actually be attached to the back ..of the neck and, when not folded and tucked inside, can be worn bat- toned down on each side of the tron

The hat can be an ingenious affair that really turns out to be useful unlike so many of these trick garments! The crown really nothing but a striped scarf tied round the head like a pirate's handkerchief. A series of little sleeveless jac- kets in pique in vivid colours and with smart broad matching belts is another good idea which has helped to save many a holiday kit from complete banality.
