LOCAL ARSON CASE CONTINUES

FOKI'S IMPORTANT EVIDENCE

THIRD DEGREE -METHODS BY CHINESE SERGEANT ALLEGED

Allegation of third degree methods by a Chinese sergeant of Police were made by Ng Yuk-chuen, who is charged with alleged arson of No. 104.
