GRANDSON OF NOVELIST

London To-day. Rear-Admiral G. G. Dickens, grandson of the novelist, has been appointed to the command: of the Reserve Fleet, in succes- sion to Admiral Astley-Rushton. who was killed in a motor acci- gent-Reuter.

A message dated June 20 said that Vice Admiral. Astley Rusb-| ton was killed in a motor car ac- cident the previous night.
