The local dollar has fallen a fur ther 1%,"opening on demand this, morning at 2/4.
Spot silver fell 2% and forward 2-3/16, spot being quoted at 323 and forward at 321⁄2.
The London on New York cross- rate was quoted at £-U.S.$4.84, 25 compared with £-U.S.$4.83%, while the New York on London cross-rate was quoted at £--U.S.$4.84%, as A. BREARLEY.compared with U.S.$4.93.
