Spot silver rose 1/16, being quoted at 25-3/16, while forward remained steady at 25.

The London on New York cross- rate was quoted at £-U.S.$4.88, as compared with 6-U.S.64,88%, while the New York on London' rate was quated at £-0.3.$4.87%, as com- pared with --U.S.$4.98%.
