Plans to send the South China "" soccer team to Shanghai, where a series of games were, to have been played during the Chinese New Year holldays, have been definitely abandoned by the South China Athletic Associa- tion.
It is learned that the local Football Association has arrang- ed a Shield fixture between South China "B" and the Artillery on Tuesday, February 5, which auto- matically rules out any hopes for the team travelling North.
