Extradition proceedings against two former employees of the Cen- tral Chinese Government, who were alleged to have stolen $15,000 from the Government, were commenced at the Central Magistracy before Mr. W. Schofield this morning.
The fugitives were Leung Hel-
- tak, alins Nung Kam-chuen, cashier, and Cheung Shing-kwan, alias Chuen Yat-ming, a staff member.
