MISHAP IN EVENING LAST AUGUST

LAIM and counter-claim for damages amounting to' $170,000 following the collision between the ss. Michael Jebson and 88 Chian Lee in Hong Kong harbour on the evening of August 7, was heard before the Chief Justice, Mr. A. D. A. MacGregor at the Supreme Court this morning. Commander J. B. Newill, D.S.0, R.N.. Harbour Master, assisted his Lordship.
