Unexplained. Action Taken By Berlin Secret Police

Berlin, Nov. 4.

German secret police agents have arrested two employees of the Soviet Embassy here, bath of whom are German citizens: Neitke, raretaker of the Em bassy building, and Findeisen, chauffeur of the Embassy.
