REICHSBANK HAS DECLARED A SIX - MONTH MORATORIUM IN THE CASH TRANSFER OF ALL MIDDLE AND LONG TERM DEBTS BEGINNING JULY 1. IT IS OFFI- CIALLY LEARNED THAT THE MORATORIUM INCLUDES THE DAWES AND YOUNG LOANS "UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE."
