"THE GIRL IN ROOM 419"-

KING'S THEATRE

"The Girl in Room 419", a ro- mantic drama, featuring James Dunn and Glorin Stuart, is Para- mount's lateat production now showing at the King's Theatre.

The action of the film is set in the police emergency division of a big city hospital. It takes place against a background of excite- ment and humour, of pathos and tragedy that makes up the day's routine in such an institution.

"The Girl in Room 419" brings romance when Gloria Stuart, after [beconding unconscious from a gangster beating, catches the eye of the surgeon, James Dunn.

David Manners, Jack LaRue, Shirley Grey, Johnny Hines and William Harrigan lend excellent support.

"THE MYSTERY OF MR. X”- QUEEN'S THEATRE

"The Mystery of Mr. X", featur- ing Robert Montgomery, is Metro- [Goldwyn-Mayer's latest production, now showing at the Queen's Theatre.

The film, adapted from one of Philip MacDonald's stories 'is thriller rather than a genuine de- tective story, and it provides much better plot than is usual in

[such a film.
