The Marine Court of inquiry into the stranding, and subsequent total loss, of the motor vessel Svale was concluded yesterday afternoon when Captain Wilkins, the master, and Mr. Daniel Thomas Edwards, second officer, were severely reprimanded and Mr. John Rennie, Chief Officer, exonerated.
